Sounds good man. I believe that skateboarding is a part of culture and has it's own freedoms and perks. Good for you guys. At least it is not anything illegal like what other people do.

I think it's great that you are doing something on a real hobby in America. However, as skateboarding is recreational, the city probably doesn't want to incorporate city scape into it that will address skateboarding. As it is, I think your piece is good.

i think your piece is funny, you record about why people want to skate, what others think about skateboarding and i mean that is just totally awesome! and you talk about what you feel for skateboarding, the sound effect is pretty good but i think you might want to work a bit more on not to put so much thing at one time on this piece, because it make the piece seen heavy. overall
this piece is good one.

First the technical, then the story.

First off, I think you should re-record the intro with you talking to make it sound more natural. I think you should take out the audio where the two guys curse out skate boarding, because it really doesn't add anything to your piece, and its iffy with you censoring them.

Also, what is with some of the audio you recorded? Yes, it sounds silly (The guys beatboxing, the guy talking about the sandwich), but it does nothing. Unless you really feel you need all the silly audio, getting rid of it might help the overall piece.

I personally don't think I've heard a skateboarding story, and this is personal to yourself and others, so good job. But I don't think its very strong. To be critical, really, most of the audio is weak and or useless.

But with work and some real good audio, this could very well be a good piece.
